A new service at Ruils supporting disabled young people aged 16-25 and their families with transitions – social/health/education/work.
SEND Advice (Richmond)
Do you have a child or young person with Special Educational Needs, or are you concerned that they may have SEN which have not been understood? We can help you to understand your rights and the processes around Education Health and Care plans and SEN Support, and support you on your journey.
FriendBee SEND Befriending
Do you need some respite or extra support caring for your young person with a disability or additional needs? Would your young person benefit from having someone take them out into the community to participate in groups or activities? We may be able to help!
Social Prescribing
We are delighted to be working with our local GP alliance to deliver Social Prescribing in Richmond. Social Prescribing is a holistic service that supports residents to be more independent and active in their local community.

Volunteer Befriending Service
Our Volunteer befriending service recruits and trains Volunteers to visit clients at their home on a regular basis for company and social activities.

Pooling Budgets
Pooling budgets can be a great way to get more out of your social care budget. You might share the cost of a Personal Assistant to help you and your friends get out and about, or club your money together to pay for activities. Pooling can help to make your money go further.
Personal Health Budgets Support
If you or a loved one has high level needs and gets most of your support from the NHS, then you may be able to take control of your care and apply for a Personal Health Budget.
Disability Awareness Workshops: Schools
Developed and delivered by our volunteers who are living with a disability, these workshops will challenge your students' views and support them to be better citizens.
