RUILS Helpline

What we do

The RUILS Helpline is the first point of contact for both new clients looking for help and advice as well as continued support for those already using our service.

The Helpline provides advice and information on Direct Payment and SDS enquiries. If we don’t know the answer we will always do our best to direct you towards somebody who does.

When we are available

The Helpline is run by Ben Gordon and Charley Youngson. The Helpline is available Monday to Friday 10 - 4
