RUILS hosts innovative social networking project
|
RUILS hosts innovative social networking projectRUILS vision is to connect people and encourage community networking, so young people, individuals and families can link up with each other, share personal experiences and information around direct payments and personal budgets. RUILS, Richmond Learning Disability Partnership, People & Places and Multi-me have joined together to offer you a fantastic opportunity to develop your very own community network using social media. Multi-me and People & Places would like to invite you to test their websites; they have designed very user friendly software to be used as a platform for social networking within your local communities. Multi-me and People & Places will help you to put together your personal profile and tell you how to create your own circle of friends and post events that others with similar interests can join. The idea is to make your online experience safe, fun, interactive, accessible and informative. At the end of the project you will have your own Richmond Social Networking Site(s) and a Forum where you can develop your own Circles of friendship and support online. We are looking for individuals and families to sign up for either or both Multi-me and People & Places. There is training and ongoing support available. All you need to do is get in touch with Ben on 020 8831 6083 or email Ben at info@ruils.co.uk and register your place on one or both project sites. If you like People & Places and Multi-me they could become your local social networking sites in Richmond. It really is up to you. We look forward to meeting you.
