Breath and Mindfulness Workshops:
Learn about stress release through natural breath, gentle movement and mindfulness

This new online group works with understanding the natural breath technique of sleep and meditation to release stress and clear blockages to aid relaxation and creativity. The session is led by Patricia Perry, a voice and performance coach who has been working in Theatre for most of her life, teaching breath work and mindfulness to the industry. The sessions are for anyone wanting to improve the quality of their life through the power of breath.

After a successful pilot series run over the Summer period, we are now offering 3 blocks of sessions over the Autumn Term. To attend the group, you must commit to attending all three sessions, to build on the practice, and submitting your notes confidentially to Patricia at the end of each session.

Every session takes place on a Wednesday, at 2pm on Zoom. The sessions last around 70 minutes.
