Chronic Pain and Stress Management Session

Date: Wednesday 30th September

Time: 1:30-3:30pm

Location: Tooting Works, 89 Bickersteth Rd, London SW17 9SH

Join us for a free Chronic Pain and Stress Management session run by Lily Stoica from Calm Lily. This 2 hour session will provide you with practical tips and tools to manage chronic pain and stress. Using principles from neuroscience, neuropsychology, and stress physiology based on somatic experiencing you’ll learn how the brain responds to pressure — and how hypnotherapy can help shift you out of “survival mode” and back into a balanced, productive state. This is not a theory lecture — it’s a hands-on, practical session where you are guided through deep relaxation, nervous-system calming techniques, and gentle, yet empowering hypnotic processes designed to restore clarity and energy.

The session will include:

  • Information about neuromeditation and neuromindfulness – reorganising the brain through meditation
  • Discussion on chronic pain and stress and what helps
  • Guided somatic exercises and stretching
  • Guided hypnotherapy which can be used for pain control

All exercises are guided by Lily, who is a neurocoach, licensed hypnotherapist and complementary therapist. You may opt out of any of the activities/exercises at your discretion.

Places are limited and first come, first served. Please register your attendance below.
