Being at home can be very isolating. If you or someone you know is not getting out and would like to have a chat, please contact Charlie on our befriending service. He can match you with a volunteer who will contact you once a week to have a chat and see how you are doing.
If you or someone you know is struggling with getting groceries or prescriptions delivered, we can help. We run a shopping service where we match you with a local volunteer who will contact you, take a list of what you need and will do your shopping and deliver it to you. We will then contact you to take a payment over the phone.
Struggling with food bills? In partnership with Richmond Aid, we are running a Food Hub from our offices at the DAAC in Teddington. We can provide a box of essential items, delivered by a volunteer to your home.
To find out more about these services or to make a referral please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call Charlie on 07904608404.
If you would like to volunteer or make a donation of food to the Food Hub please email Volunteering@ruils.co.uk. Tinned vegetables, tea, coffee, milk, tinned meat, washing up liquid, cleaning products are always needed.
