  • Help you to recruit and employ your own support staff.
  • Support you to choose a suitable agency or provider.
  • Signpost you to other helpful organisations.

  • Support you to manage your staff and your Direct Payment.

My father, aged 86, suffered a stroke and I contacted Ruils for advice. Having talked through the options, we decided that employing a Personal Assistant to help with the shopping, cooking and cleaning would be a good solution.
With Ruils' help we found an experienced Personal Assistant Dad really liked. Ruils helped us to draw up an employment contract and organised insurance and payroll. Having a Direct Payment & the support of Ruils has enabled my parents to stay living at home.
